Inspection Comments | DURING THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION FOR THE RESTAURANT, I DISCUSSED THE SCHEDULE OF ANY POTENTIAL CATERING EVENTS COMING UP BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR AND IF ANY CAME UP TO LET ME KNOW BY THE TIME IT CAME FOR THE FOLLOW-UP. THERE HAS BEEN NO "TRUE" SCHEDULED CATERING EVENTS ONLY PICK-UPS AND DROP OFFS. CONDUCTED A DRY INSPECTION AND DISCUSSED WITH THE PIC THE PROCEDURES FOR THEIR CATERING OPERATIONS. |
